
Support Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our staff in all administrative duties. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
The successful candidate will have excellent time management skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, and possess strong communication skills. You will also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Update monthly tracking reports for sales and management
- Create reports for exported data from Xero or similar programs
- Provide general support to all office and field sales staff
- Maintain a tidy and orderly office environment
- Assist with project management and quality assurance duties
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- High-level time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in listening, questioning, and imparting information
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Good mathematical skills in understanding margins, profits, costs, and net profits
- Ability to reason and understand customers, institutions, and company interactions
