Job Title: Care Excellence Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Excellence Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving improvements in patient outcomes and quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Consultancy: Provide expert clinical consultancy and leadership to drive improvements in patient outcomes and quality of care.
  • Team Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of Clinical Nurse Consultants and other nursing staff to deliver high-quality care and services.
  • Collaboration and Innovation: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement innovative solutions to improve patient care and outcomes.
  • Education and Training: Develop and deliver education and training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of nursing staff.
  • Research and Evaluation: Conduct research and evaluate best practice to inform service improvements and policy development.
Requirements:
  • A postgraduate qualification related to the specific area of specialty is required.
  • Registration as a Registered Nurse with current authority to practice is mandatory.
  • The successful candidate will have a minimum of seven years of full-time post-graduate experience, including at least five years full-time equivalent in the specialty field.
  • An approved postgraduate qualification and/or master's degree relevant to the specialty is essential.
