Wardsperson Role

This full-time and part-time position is available at our hospital, offering a supportive work environment with flexible hours. Our wardsperson will play a pivotal role in providing high-level care to patients while supporting clinical functions.

You would have previously worked in a hospital environment, be motivated and able to demonstrate initiative. These positions are rostered Monday to Sunday and require physical activity and walking throughout the facility.

Required Attributes
  • Previous experience as an Orderly/Porter is essential
  • Cultivating a hospitable and friendly environment for all patients and staff
  • Work autonomously with strong decision-making skills
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills
  • Commitment to high service delivery with emphasis on WHS compliance
  • Understanding of manual handling procedures
  • Flexibility and adaptability
