Full Time Technical Sales Representative Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our coffee beans and equipment to new and existing customers.

Job Description:

  • Sales and marketing of primarily our coffee beans, and upselling of our coffee machines and equipment.
  • Responding to new enquiries, evaluation of customer needs and promotion of our products.
  • Converting new customer leads into sales.
  • Bring in new business by visiting potential customers and businesses within your territory offering our products, training and programmes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree qualification or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years experience in the Coffee Industry.
  • Be a team player with strong communication and personal skills.
  • Knowledge and passion for the coffee industry.
  • Technical knowledge of coffee bean origins, varieties and processing.
  • Technical knowledge of coffee bean roasting and blending.
  • Technical knowledge of coffee machines and equipment including service experience.
  • Coffee barista skills including coffee grind, shot measurement and cupping.
  • Proven experience in reporting, drawing up contracts and proposals.
