This role is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will proactively turn phone enquiries into bookings by leveraging your sales skills and driving revenue growth.
  • Your efficient management of the check-in and check-out process for customers using our computer system will ensure accuracy and speed.
  • You will coordinate the organisation of Shuttle Buses to airport terminals, ensuring timely departures and arrivals.
  • You will ensure seamless customer journeys by collecting passengers in a timely manner on their return trips.
  • You will assist with the valet parking of customer vehicles, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Occasionally, you will drive our shuttle bus, requiring safe and responsible operation.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong focus on providing outstanding service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will also need to have a valid driver's licence and be able to lift up to 25kg.
