As a strategic leader with a strong commercial mindset, you will be responsible for delivering a refreshed commercial framework that supports future agreements and drives strategic reform across V/Line's Corporate Services Group. This role is central to shaping commercial priorities, aligning contract management across workstreams, and influencing long-term planning.

You will provide expert advice to the Executive Leadership Team and lead a high-performing team to foster a culture of excellence. Key accountabilities include:

  • Driving revenue growth across supplier management and operator engagement, including marketing and advertising streams.">
  • Finalising inter-operator transport agreements and deliver high-impact outcomes for Victorian communities.">
  • Building strong partnerships across government, industry, and community stakeholders.">
  • Ensuring governance, budget compliance, and workforce planning are aligned with strategic goals.">
  • Leading V/Line's new commercially focused ways of working.">

With a proven track record in negotiating and delivering complex projects, you possess high-level stakeholder engagement skills, strong negotiation skills, and exceptional interpersonal and leadership capability. Your strengths include:
