Your Day-to-Day
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll lead the team with passion and energy, supporting and training them to deliver quality service and standards, creating unique guest experiences that drive loyalty and revenue.
What We Need from You
- 12 months' experience in a Food & Beverage related position, preferably in a hotel/hospitality environment
- Qualifications in Hotel Management preferred
- Flexibility - night, weekend, and holiday shifts are all part of the job
- Excellent communication skills, bilingual or multilingual language skills advantageous
- A team player, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workloads
- Ability to inspire passion, enthusiasm, and positivity in the team to drive an engaged, winning culture
- A valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol competency card
