Environmental Approvals Specialist

We are seeking an experienced consultant to lead environmental approvals for mining and resources projects across Western Australia's diverse landscapes.
Key Responsibilities- Leading complex environmental impact assessments (EIAs) and approvals for mining and resources projects across WA.
- Developing and implementing approvals strategies that meet client objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Fostering strong relationships with regulators, communities, Traditional Owners, and other stakeholders.
- Overseeing the preparation and submission of high-quality environmental documentation.
- Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level consultants.
- Supporting business development through proposal writing, client engagement, and identifying new opportunities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Earth Sciences, Environmental Engineering, or Equivalent.
- Extensive consulting experience, with a strong track record delivering environmental approvals for mining projects in WA or similar jurisdictions.
- In-depth knowledge of WA's environmental legislation, policies, and approvals pathways.
- Strong networks within the mining and resources industry, and ideally with regulators and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary projects and work collaboratively across teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A passion for guiding clients towards responsible, sustainable outcomes.
