  7. Assisting with scheduling appointments">
  8. Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations">
  9. Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately">
  10. Following established processes and procedures for call handling">
  11. Participating in training and staying updated on product or service knowledge">
  12. Contributing to a positive and professional work environment">
