Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing client relationships, and coordinating with technical teams to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring timely communication and resolution of inquiries.
  • Triage incoming calls and emails, identifying key issues and escalating them to the appropriate team member.
  • Coordinate site visits, equipment repairs, and replacements, while maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Manage client accounts, including direct debits, refunds, and credit card payments.
  • Activate mobile plans and manage associated services.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications).
  • IT certifications or relevant training.
  • Strong knowledge of technology and software applications.
