**Job Title:** Energy Infrastructure Technician
**Job Description**We are seeking experienced electrical technicians to maintain and service utility scale battery sites. As a member of our team, you will work on the Tesla Megapack battery storage product, troubleshooting and repairing equipment as defined by the service engineering team.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment as defined by the service engineering team
- Perform complex and precise electro-mechanical debug, rework and repair
- Work safely with Medium and High Voltage environments
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and LV/MV/HV test equipment for diagnosis and troubleshooting
Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and experience in the Utility sector (Solar/Wind preferred). They should have up-to-date Electrical Registration/License, HV switching certification, and experience. The candidate must be able to read electrical diagrams and mechanical drawings, establish cooperative relationships, and handle multiple priorities.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**- Certified Electrician (Cert III (3)+ in Electrical/Electro Technology)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the Utility sector (Solar/Wind preferred)
- Up-to-date Electrical Registration/License
- HV switching certification and experience
- Ability to work from detailed documentation and verbal/written instructions
As a member of our team, you will join a high-performing and tight-knit team on site. You will be required to work outdoors and on unusual hours. A valid driver's license and experience with hand and power tools, test equipment are essential.
