
Regional Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our regional growth initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing distributor and customer relationships, providing technical and market extension support, and driving strategic growth initiatives.
In this role, you will play a key part in developing and executing a strategic visit plan for the region, strengthening and expanding relationships with distributors and customers, and forecasting market potential within the region.
You will also create action plans to break into new markets and attract new customers, build strong relationships with senior management and key decision-makers at major or prospective customer organizations, and deliver impactful technical and commercial presentations, proposals, distributor and end-user training, and other activities to engage end-users.

- Strong ability to grasp and communicate technical information, including product specifications and applications for assigned product lines.">
