Executive Leadership Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth across digital, print, and SAAS solutions.
  • Build operational capabilities across a team of Functional Leads to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and quality across all key areas.
  • Grow revenue through retention and expansion of existing customers, as well as acquisition of new customers.
  • Create a dynamic and engaged culture that fosters collaboration and innovation.
  • Present key updates, strategies, and sales reports to Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
  • Identify new opportunities in the market to accelerate revenue growth or mitigate losses.
About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership position in the ACT Real Estate industry, leveraging your skills and experience to drive success.

Requirements:
  • Circa 6+ years of Senior Sales/Director level experience with strong leadership skills.
  • Proven track record of building and driving strategy.
  • Experience in cross-functional leadership, including team management and budget planning.
  • Strong understanding of either Real Estate or Digital trends.
  • Ability to travel interstate for meetings and conferences.
  • Results-driven, creative, and strategic thinker with excellent financial acumen.
