Vital Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to support veterans and their families on their journey of recovery and return to wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing a specialist caseload of veteran clients, providing support through in-person servicing and teleconferencing.
- Supporting veterans and their families to return to work following service-related injuries and illnesses.
- Assisting veterans who may be experiencing crisis or need mental health support.
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, Nursing (Mental Health Accredited), Social Work, Rehabilitation Counseling or Psychology.
- Eligibility for registration with either AHPRA, ESSA, AASW, ASORC, RCAA.
- Opportunities to participate in relevant CPD and professional training.
- Mentoring from the Veteran Support Team.
- Working closely with the Veteran Support Team to support client needs.
- Participation in our partnership with Invictus Australia.
