Family Violence Specialist
This is a vital role where you will be providing crucial support to individuals and families who are experiencing family violence. As a specialist in this field, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of those affected.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong understanding of family violence and experience working with clients in crisis. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Key responsibilities of this role include contacting clients weekly by phone, checking in and managing risk as needed. The successful candidate will also support clients to safely transition into ongoing services, working closely with the allocations coordinator to manage a client waitlist.
