Role Overview

As an Optical Dispenser and Keyholder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care while delivering a unique and fashionable product to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing eye care and eyewear styling advice to patients and prospective clientele.
  • Dispensing lenses and frames per prescriptions provided by our Optometrists.
  • Building meaningful relationships with our clients to ensure they have a reason to visit us again.
  • Assisting with opening and closing procedures to maintain a smooth workflow.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in optical or 2+ years of retail sales experience.
  • Previous experience with store opening/closing duties.
  • Strong attention to detail and basic mathematical skills.
  • Confident, clear, and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to build trusting and respectful relationships.
  • Self-motivated, positive, and friendly manner.
