We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Eye Care Professional.
Oscar Wylee is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and providing an affordable, unique, and fashionable product to all. Our in-house designers bring the latest global fashion trends directly to customers from our manufacturers.
The successful candidate will provide eye care and eyewear styling advice to patients and prospective clients, dispense lenses and frames per prescriptions provided by our Optometrists, and build meaningful relationships with our clientele.
About the Role:
- Deliver exceptional patient care and service
- Provide expert advice on eye care and eyewear
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Contribute to store opening and closing procedures
About You:
- At least 1 year of experience in optical or 2 years of retail sales experience
- Previous experience with store opening/closing duties
- Strong attention to detail and basic mathematical skills
- Confident communication skills and ability to build trusting relationships
- Self-motivated and positive approach to work
A Optical Dispensing Certificate IV is highly desirable but not essential. This role offers opportunities for growth and development beyond a customer-facing position, and relocation support is available to meet your needs.
