About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for a sales professional to drive business growth and strategic sales in NSW South region. As our ideal candidate, you will possess excellent organizational, time management, and prioritizing skills, with a proven track record of meeting annual sales targets through new business development and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet annual sales targets through new business development and existing customer relationships with manufacturers in the food, dairy, beverage, and industrial products industries.
  • Prospect for new opportunities through cold calling and generate new customer relationships within the assigned territory.
  • Execute high-level daily face-to-face customer interaction.
  • Grow territory revenue and market share, achieving sales targets through effective sales planning and execution.
  • Develop a sales plan that efficiently covers all accounts and verticals.
  • Manage existing customer accounts and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of industry sales experience in related fields.
  • Tertiary studies in Business or equivalent business experience.
  • Clear understanding of the market and competitors.
  • Experienced in sales forecasting, negotiation, customer and relationship management, lead and funnel management.
  • Excellent communicator, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Sales-driven, results-oriented, and a team player.
  • Ability to maintain a CRM (Salesforce.com) accurately.

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000-$120,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
