Sales Position

We are seeking an experienced International Sales Development Specialist to drive new business development and strategic sales in the NSW South region. As our top performer, you will manage a portfolio of local and strategic accounts, generate new sales opportunities, and support national accounts as required.

About the Role

This dynamic position requires a highly motivated individual with excellent organisational, time management, and prioritising skills. You will work autonomously, bringing together customers and internal departments to deliver exceptional results.

Your Responsibilities

  • Meet Annual Sales Targets: Achieve sales growth through new business development and existing customer relationships, primarily within the food, dairy, beverage, and industrial products industries.
  • Pursue New Opportunities: Utilise cold calling and establish new customer relationships within your assigned territory.
  • Daily Customer Interaction: Execute a high level of face-to-face customer engagement.
  • Territory Revenue Growth: Grow revenue and market share, achieving sales targets.
  • Sales Planning: Develop an effective plan to cover all accounts and verticals.
  • Customer Management: Enhance customer satisfaction by managing existing accounts.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Sales Experience: Minimum 5 years of industry sales experience in related fields.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of the market and competitors.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Proven ability to maintain CRM systems and build strong customer relationships.
  • Negotiation and Communication: Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-Oriented: Sales-driven and focused on delivering results.

Australian Salary Range: AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, dependent on experience
