Role Overview

Seeking an experienced IT Specialist to deliver technical support and training services to clients across Australia and New Zealand.

As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert advice and troubleshooting solutions to complex technical issues
  • Supporting the installation and optimization of IT systems to maximize their utilization
  • Monitoring installed systems and providing timely assistance with technical issues
  • Driving business growth through effective sales and installation strategies in Australia and New Zealand

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and manage key projects in collaboration with sales and service teams to promote IT connectivity solutions
  2. Provide technical IT support and troubleshooting for existing installed systems and new projects interfacing with IT solutions and other Information Systems
  3. Analyze customer IT infrastructure and provide necessary support related to the installation and operation of Radiometer IT systems
  4. Deliver training to internal teams and external customers
  5. Monitor all IT installed systems and maintain them connected and working

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience providing technical support for systems with software and hardware components in the healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industries
  • BS in Information Technology, engineering, or equivalent education and experience
  • Experience with installation and technical support of virtual servers, Windows-based software products, and network fundamentals
  • Knowledge of SQL Management Studio and SQL stored procedures
  • Experience with HL7 and ASTM messaging protocols
  • Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, PowerShell)

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to travel up to 20% across ANZ
  • Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
