About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and improve our online presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Senior Marketing Manager in day-to-day marketing activities
  • Drive and shape all marketing efforts to achieve business objectives
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance to inform future marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop compelling and targeted content
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business, or a related field
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI is advantageous
