Cyber Security Engineering Team Lead

As a Cyber Security Engineering Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our digital assets. We are seeking an exceptional individual with strong technical expertise and leadership skills to oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of security controls across cloud and on-premises environments.

This strategic position requires a blend of technical acumen and solution ownership, as well as collaboration across multiple teams to ensure sustainable, secure outcomes for our organization's digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement Secure Solutions: Lead the development and integration of platforms for vulnerability management, identity and access governance, security monitoring, and threat detection and response.
  • Embed Secure-by-Design Principles: Ensure that architectures, solution reviews, and project delivery align with secure-by-design principles to minimize risk and maximize security.
  • Drive Automation and Integration: Drive automation and integration across security platforms to increase efficiency, scalability, and risk reduction.
  • Conduct Technical Risk Assessments: Conduct thorough technical risk assessments and ensure alignment with organizational and regulatory frameworks.
Qualifications:
  • Cyber Security Expertise: A cyber security professional with strong technical expertise, able to work hands-on with systems while also providing guidance to a small team.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Industry Experience: Industry experience in cyber security, with the ability to demonstrate leadership and technical depth.
