Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

This is a key leadership role that plays a vital part in ensuring the quality of our products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's quality assurance systems to guarantee compliance with international food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Internal Audits and Compliance: Conduct regular internal audits, manage non-conformances, and drive implementation of corrective and preventive actions to ensure seamless quality control.
  • Quality Management System (QMS): Maintain and review Safety Data Sheets (SDS) to align them with safety and compliance protocols, and lead the development and continuous improvement of the QMS.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate across departments, including production, R&D, and regulatory, to support consistent product quality and process efficiency.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and documentation to support audits and regulatory inspections.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in food science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related discipline with a focus on food safety or quality.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in quality assurance roles within food or beverage manufacturing environments.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of FSANZ, HACCP, GMP, ISO 9001, and regulatory compliance frameworks, as well as demonstrated experience managing audits, non-conformance investigations, CAPA, and Root Cause Analysis.
