As a Fund Services Tax professional, you will play a crucial role in preparing Australian Tax reporting packages for clients and maintaining records in our systems.

About the Role:
  • This position involves working closely with various units locally and overseas to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing periodic Tax distributions and provision calculations, reconciling accounting records, and ensuring timely completion and submission of client reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare tax returns and submit them to clients on time
  • Reconcile accounting records to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Develop strong relationships with internal teams and external clients
  • Maintain accurate records of taxation systems and transactions

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field is required, as well as 1-2 years of relevant experience.

  • 1-2 years of related experience
  • Prior Taxation services experience preferred
  • Excellent PC skills, particularly Excel and Word
  • Effective communication and prioritization skills
