Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our fund services team in Australia.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Full responsibility for fund accounting and tax services operations, including working with senior stakeholders, clients, regulators, and industry forums.
  • Actively managing a high-quality team of fund and tax accountants, including training, mentoring, and ongoing feedback.
  • Ongoing stakeholder relationship management, involving regular interaction with clients, brokers, custodians, auditors, and offshore service centres.
  • Partnering with the sales and business development teams to facilitate revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • Significant previous experience in a similar role in Australia with fund accounting and tax expertise.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of Australian accounting standards/principles and taxation affecting asset owner & manager products, managed investments, and superannuation funds.
  • Demonstrated success leading and developing a team.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
