We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Towing Operations Fleet Controller. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the dispatching of our transport fleet, ensuring the efficient execution of towing services while maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Oversight: Efficiently oversee and coordinate towing operations and dispatching of the transport fleet.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure the smooth execution of towing services while maintaining a high standard of safety and adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative team environment to enhance productivity and morale, and provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Communication and Liaison: Utilise strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Results-Oriented: Demonstrate a results-oriented mindset to achieve operational objectives and targets, and continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Operational Excellence: Utilise experience in transport fleet control operations to optimise efficiency and performance, and leverage knowledge and experience in towing operations, dispatch operations, logistics, or transport environment to drive continuous improvement.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a passion for operational excellence and team leadership. - Relevant Experience: Relevant experience in towing operations, dispatch operations, logistics, or transport environment.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Hexagon Computer Aided Dispatch System is advantageous, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
- Soft Skills: Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, and proven track record of achieving results and meeting deadlines.
