Senior Digital Experience Lead

This role is responsible for leading a team of engineers to develop and deliver high-quality digital experiences for millions of users globally. The successful candidate will have strong technical leadership skills, experience working with marketing campaigns and product promotions, and knowledge of JavaScript and web technologies.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of engineers to build, run, and analyse promotions directly on the product's pages for web & mobile
  • Productise engineering work while developing tools and improving code structure for efficient and effective deliverables
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, content designers, product managers, and engineers
  • Empower team members to resolve technical conflicts efficiently and effectively
