Are you a dedicated primary care physician looking for a change from the traditional HMO model? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join California Correctional Health Care Services (CCHCS) as a Primary Care Physician (IM/FP).
About the PositionAs a Primary Care Physician (IM/FP) with CCHCS, you will be part of a structured, multidisciplinary team providing primary care to patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Treating patients with routine preventative care, chronic disease management, and education
- Providing public health services, including addiction medicine and HIV/HCV care
- Working with a strong nursing team and allied health services to deliver comprehensive care
