About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused ward clerk to provide indirect patient care under the direction of a nurse in charge.

This role will involve handling enquiries from patients, families and health professionals in an accurate and timely manner.

You will also provide administrative support to staff in a busy front-line customer service environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and experience working in a healthcare setting.

Knowledge of medical terminology is also essential for this role.
