Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our customer service team as a Customer Service Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients.

Your exceptional communication skills and attention to detail will help address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with internal departments to fulfill customer needs effectively.

You will work closely with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service level.
  • Develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders across the commercial chain.
  • Responsible for tracking and resolving customer complaints and queries.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • High level of accuracy in checking and processing information.
  • Good planning and organisational skills with an ability to react to operational demands.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
