Workday Recruiting Consultant

The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between business and technical teams by delivering Workday intersystem solutions. They will guide clients through the entire transformation process, ensuring seamless implementation and operation of Workday HCM.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop expertise in Workday Recruiting and Talent product design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
  • Utilize knowledge to recommend effective solutions based on client requirements and project scope.
  • Facilitate design sessions and configuration decisions with clients, ensuring alignment with best practices and unique business needs.
  • Support clients through all project phases, ensuring smooth transfer from legacy systems to Workday HCM.
  • Collaborate with integration teams to configure and test integrations between Workday and client payroll and benefits providers.
  • Lead projects or work as a Collaborative or Workday Product Partner Lead and/or DA Reviewer.
  • Demonstrate hands-on expertise with software functionality, including loading customer data, moving configurations between tenants, and configuring business processes and security.
  • Apply technical skills to convert and map data sources into data conversion templates via loads.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, HR Management, HRIS, or related field.
  • Certification in Workday HCM, Recruiting, or Talent.
  • 2+ years of Workday implementation experience (highly desired).
  • 2-5 years of Human Resources, Payroll, or financial software experience.
  • 2-5 years of implementing functional solutions with ERP or SaaS software (highly desired).
  • Experience gathering business requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and implementing solutions under deadlines.
  • Functional experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or Financial Management.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to manage customer expectations.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
