The Role

As a senior structural engineer within the water team, you'll take on key roles in designing and assessing various water and wastewater structures, including concrete process tanks, pump stations, reservoirs, and associated facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform advanced structural engineering tasks on assigned projects with minimal supervision.
  • Develop project scope, budgets, and design approach for small-scale projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in client project requirement meetings and coordination meetings.
  • Participate in coordination meetings with internal team members and external consultants to develop solutions.
  • Apply advanced knowledge of current principles and practices of structural engineering.
About You:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering – with an emphasis in structural engineering.
  • Holding or working towards RPEQ and/or chartership is highly regarded.
  • 8+ years' experience within a consulting engineering practice.
  • Involvement in structural design of civil or industrial infrastructure with a focus on concrete and steel.
