Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly technical and experienced Senior Design Drafter to play a key role in delivering civil and mechanical design documentation for infrastructure projects across various regions.

The successful candidate will lead design and drafting efforts, produce detailed process and mechanical design documentation using advanced software tools, and collaborate closely with engineers to develop optimal designs for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.

  • Lead design and drafting efforts across multiple disciplines for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
  • Utilise advanced software tools to streamline drafting processes and ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers to develop optimal designs for major water projects and other infrastructure projects.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A strong foundation in water and sewerage design, including pipelines and pump stations, with a minimum of 5 years' industry experience using 12D or Civil3D, and AutoCAD in the design and drafting of Australian infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with Australian Water Authority drafting standards is desirable.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, ability to work autonomously and in a collaborative environment.
