Water Design Expert

We are seeking a skilled Water Design Expert to join our team. This role involves working on various water-related projects, including designing and implementing systems for efficient water use.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop water-efficient systems and solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other experts to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Conduct site visits to assess existing infrastructure and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
Requirements
  • Qualifications:
  • Proficient in CAD software and Autodesk tools.
  • Experience in water and wastewater treatment and/or conveyance design.
  • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Knowledge of safety in design, constructability, operational practices, and relevant Australian standards and WSAA codes.
  • Relevant TAFE qualifications, diploma, or degree in drafting, engineering, or design.
  • Understanding of risk management and the ability to identify project and design-related risks.
  • Commitment to working safely and within the company's HSEQ systems.
