Evolve Scientific is seeking a Scientific Quality Assurance Officer for a casual ongoing assignment in Brisbane's Western suburbs. This role offers set, full-time hours weekly, Monday to Friday.

This position will be part of a close-knit, friendly Quality Assurance team managing customer complaints and queries. If you have a degree in science or experience in the pharmaceutical sector handling complaints or supporting customers, this is an excellent opportunity to join a global organisation.

The successful candidate must undertake a full medical assessment, drug screening, and police check to be eligible for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter all quality-related complaints into the Complaints system within set timeframes.
  • Deal with customer complaints in accordance with Global Policies and Health Authority requirements.
  • Investigate and trend customer complaints according to local and Global procedures.
  • E nsure activities comply with GMP, legal, and ethical standards.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in science or 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical environment.
  • Previous experience in a complaints or customer support-focused role.
  • Experience writing reports and presenting data.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of and ability to comply with regulatory legislation.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines and targets with competing priorities.
  • A keen and proactive work attitude.
  • A current Driver's License and a vehicle, as the site is not accessible via public transport.

Estimated Salary: AU$65,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
