We are seeking a talented Marketing Professional to lead our brand and campaign efforts.

  1. Drive Strategic Marketing Alignment: Partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver brand and campaign strategies, fostering collaboration and synergy across functions.
  2. Lead Campaign Planning and Execution: Manage the end-to-end delivery of key marketing campaigns, center launches, and promotional activities, ensuring timely execution, budget control, and brand consistency.
  3. Provide Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a key liaison across marketing and other departments, removing roadblocks, aligning priorities, and representing marketing in business initiatives.
  4. Optimise Campaign Performance: Oversee performance tracking, deliver actionable insights, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to refine and improve outcomes.
  5. Support and Develop the Team: Coach team members, support their day-to-day delivery, and help clarify goals, deliverables, and timelines to ensure strong team performance.
About You
  • 5+ years' experience in marketing roles across digital, brand, traditional marketing, and campaign environments.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and teams.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and brand strategy.
  • Exposure to managing external agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management with high attention to detail.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.
  • Eager to expand skill set through coaching/mentoring from senior team members.
