We are seeking a seasoned System Test Lead to join our team and contribute to the enhancement of our client management system and reporting capability.

About the Role
  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing testing methodologies and adhering to quality assurance standards.
  • You will write, execute, and review test plans, test cases, scenarios, and data, ensuring that our system meets the highest standards of quality.
  • Your role will also involve coordinating and executing testing activities, including configuration testing, system integration, and functional testing.
  • You will identify defects, prioritize, and track progress of fixes and retesting, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
  • In addition, you will provide reporting on testing progress using Azure DevOps tools, accurately tracking and documenting actions.
  • You will communicate results and issues with vendors and team members, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
  • Finally, you will manage software defects by identifying, reviewing, tracking, and documenting actions, ensuring that all defects are thoroughly investigated and resolved.
Qualifications and Requirements

No mandatory qualifications are required, but 5 years' experience as a System Tester and experience as a System Test Lead is highly desirable.

  • ANZTB / ISTQB Tester certifications are highly regarded.
  • Experience in Data Automation Frameworks & Tools is well regarded.
  • Experience in large-scale data migration testing is well regarded.
  • Experience developing test automation scripts for use in data validation is well regarded.
  • Experience incorporating automated testing into Azure DevOps is well regarded.
