Program Manager – Quality Assurance

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the development and execution of a comprehensive quality assurance strategy, ensuring high standards throughout design, delivery, and review phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a Quality Management System that ensures excellence in all aspects of our online education programming.
- Champion inclusive education by promoting Universal Design for Learning principles and providing ongoing support to ensure their successful implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure courses and programs align with adult learning and pedagogical standards, driving innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Oversee regular course and program maintenance activities, ensuring timely updates and enhancements.
- Support risk management processes and use data-driven approaches to monitor and evaluate course and program delivery, identifying areas for improvement.
- Prepare and deliver regular quality assurance reports, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on quality assurance initiatives, fostering open communication and cooperation.
- Assist in regulatory audits and compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
About You
We require a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant industry experience in quality assurance and learning design. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
