As a key member of our customer-focused group, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service across multiple channels, supporting the Trade Counter with customer inquiries and ad-hoc tasks, and taking ownership of customer requests and resolving enquiries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions at the Trade Counter
  • Support customers with their queries and complete various tasks as required
  • Take initiative to resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively
  • Review customer sales history to identify opportunities for growth and upsell products
  • Keep customers informed about new products and services that can benefit their business

  • Confidence using computer systems and ability to learn quickly
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
