Project Lead Opportunity

This is a pivotal role in delivering projects across capital water infrastructure, including valves, hydrants, water pump stations, network renewals, and water main replacements.

We are at the forefront of civil construction initiatives, including water and wastewater treatment plants, expansive water and wastewater networks, critical asset renewal projects, and sustainable energy projects.

  • Manage, coordinate, and deliver complex projects varying in size and scope.

  • Foster innovation, develop team members, provide mentoring, lead by example, and demonstrate strong commitment to excellence.

  • Collaborate with Senior Project Manager to optimise project delivery, implement improvements, and ensure accurate records and reports.

  • Build strong relationships with design teams, clients, and stakeholders to support optimal delivery and partnership.

Key Requirements

  • Engineering qualification with substantial experience managing civil projects on capital infrastructure.

  • Project Management certification and RPEQ or willingness to obtain.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in dynamic contracting environment.

  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Developed analytical, planning, financial planning, and budgeting skills.
