Job Opportunity: Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated maintenance professional to join our team in Thornton, NSW. In this key role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our school facilities to ensure a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment for our students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing general maintenance and repair tasks such as painting, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work
  • Completing routine inspections and identifying any issues or areas requiring attention
  • Liaising with external contractors and service providers as needed
  • Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
What We're Looking For:
  • Relevant experience in a similar maintenance or handyperson role, preferably within an education or community services setting
  • Strong practical skills and the ability to perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks
