We are seeking a skilled Travel Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our remote travel support group, you will provide top-notch assistance to clients throughout their entire travel journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Offer expert guidance and resolution via phone, email, and chat to address client inquiries and concerns before, during, and after travel.
  • Booking Assistance: Facilitate client booking requests, itinerary adjustments, cancellations, and upgrades with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Problem Solving: Effectively handle last-minute travel changes or emergencies with poise and skill.
  • Vendor Communication: Coordinate with airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators to resolve issues or confirm arrangements.
  • Documentation & Accuracy: Ensure all travel documentation, confirmations, and client details are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Feedback Collection: Follow up with travelers post-trip to gather feedback, troubleshoot any issues, and build client loyalty.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to refining internal support systems and sharing insights for better client experiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support, hospitality, or travel services is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills with a patient and friendly demeanor.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM and travel platforms.
  • Self-starter with exceptional time management skills in a remote environment.
