Your Career Path
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets, selling comprehensive holiday packages including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, cruises, transfers, and more.
  • Build a loyal customer base by providing exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer calls and emails, and managing calendars effectively.

As a skilled Travel Sales Specialist, you will be an expert in assisting customers with travel-related queries, earning a competitive base wage plus uncapped incentive payments, and benefiting from a percentage of every sale.

Requirements
  • Excellent organisational skills, calendar management, and timely response to customer communications.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for travel and desire to help customers explore the world.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet sales targets and KPIs.
