About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring prompt and efficient attention to customer needs.

You will be working on-site with customers, diagnosing and repairing complex engine issues using specialized tools and documented procedures. You will also be responsible for performing preventative maintenance activities, evaluating unresolved issues, and escalating them to more experienced technicians or supervisors.

In addition to your technical skills, you will be required to maintain accurate records of work completed, including service worksheets, timesheets, and warranty claims.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure prompt and efficient attention to customer needs.
  2. Diagnose and repair complex engine issues using specialized tools and documented procedures.
  3. Perform preventative maintenance activities, including regular checks and servicing of engine components.
  4. Evaluate unresolved issues and escalate them to more experienced technicians or supervisors.
  5. Maintain accurate records of work completed, including service worksheets, timesheets, and warranty claims.
Requirements
  • Apprentice-trained Engine Technician (Cert III) or equivalent qualification.
  • Intermediate level of workshop or field service experience required.
  • Knowledge of engine systems and mechanical/electrical products.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
