We are seeking an exceptional Compositing Supervisor to join our team at Industrial Light & Magic. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the compositing process and ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of compositors to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with production teams, CG supervisors, and other departments to design workflows and ensure efficient throughput.
  • Participate in bid estimates, schedule planning, and staff capacity management.
  • Ensure proper clean-up, documentation, and archiving of projects after completion.
  • Interface with other departments to ensure seamless integration of work from various disciplines.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Compositing Supervisor or similar role with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Strong technical knowledge of compositing software and techniques.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ILM's processes and procedures is preferred.
