This role is a critical component of our organization's strategy to develop and implement initiatives that promote reconciliation and cultural intelligence.
About the RoleThe Senior Advisor will lead the development, implementation, and coordination of our Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow strategy and Reconciliation Action Plan project planning. This position plays a key role in ensuring alignment with our corporate strategy and providing clarity on required outcomes.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Translate strategic ambitions into cohesive and integrated plans
- Develop a culturally intelligent approach for our organization's way of working
- Strengthen coordination between initiatives, programs, and activities
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field
- Experience in strategy development and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to engage key stakeholders at senior management levels
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills
- Highly developed verbal/written communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
