The Role

Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager WA, you'll be responsible for leading the development and delivery of strategic marketing initiatives across some of WA's leading residential construction brands. This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity based in our Leederville office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic marketing planning and campaign execution across multiple brands to support annual business objectives
• Drive brand awareness, differentiation, and lead generation to support targeted sales outcomes
• Manage campaign performance using tools like Salesforce, PowerBI, and Google Analytics to inform optimisation
• Champion best-practice marketing principles across digital, content, and customer experience
• Oversee marketing budgets, timelines, and resource planning to ensure on-time, high-impact delivery
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, and media partners
• Lead and support a team of Marketing professionals, ensuring professional development and delivery excellence
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing Marketing culture across the ABN Group

You

You're an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong understanding of strategic brand development, campaign execution, and data-driven decision-making. You thrive in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment, and bring a confident, calm leadership style that inspires those around you.

You'll Bring:

• Demonstrated experience in a marketing leadership role, ideally within a corporate or large organisational setting
• Proven ability to develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies that deliver measurable results
• Strong leadership skills, with experience motivating and managing high-performing teams
• Deep understanding of brand, digital marketing, and customer journey strategy
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to tailor complex content for different audiences
• Commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with a focus on delivering business-aligned outcomes
• The ability to stay calm under pressure, manage competing deadlines, and balance detail with big-picture thinking
• A values-led, emotionally intelligent approach to leadership, culture-building, and collaboration
