Senior Mental Health Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mental Health Professional to join our team in a key leadership role.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of clinical practice guidelines, providing high-level guidance on assessment and management of complex mental health issues, and mentoring junior clinicians.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Clinical Practice Guidelines: Develop and implement evidence-based clinical practice guidelines for CAMHS teams.
- Expert Guidance: Provide high-level guidance on assessment and management of children and adolescents with complex mental health issues.
- Mentorship: Mentor and supervise junior clinicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide best-practice care.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- A minimum of 5 years full-time equivalent post-qualification experience in Mental Health, with at least 3 years full-time equivalent experience in CAMHS.
- Postgraduate nursing qualifications relevant to the field or other qualifications deemed suitable by the employer.
