**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinician to lead our Connected Recovery Team at headspace Gosford and Lake Haven.

The Clinical Lead will provide expert clinical and operational leadership, supervision, and consultation to staff and managers of other mental and general health teams and relevant external agencies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the team complies with professional and organisational obligations, undertakes direct clinical work with young people, and builds partnerships with a range of service providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise and provide consultation to staff and managers of other mental and general health teams and relevant external agencies.
  • Ensure the Connected Recovery Team adheres to professional and organisational obligations in relation to policies and procedures, risk management, and notifications.
  • Undertake direct clinical work with young people aged 12-25 years experiencing mental health problems.
  • Build partnerships with a range of service providers, including FACS, NGOs, and other health services.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a mental health-related discipline.
  • Extensive experience as a clinician in the provision of mental health, child and adolescent mental health, and/or drug and alcohol services.
  • Demonstrated partnership building and negotiation skills.
