Empower Clients Living at Home

We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide a supportive and respectful service in Aged Care and Disability Support.

As a Carer, you will assist clients with daily tasks, offer companionship and support, and help them maintain their independence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Personal care assistance
  • Social support services
  • Meal preparation
  • Medication administration
  • Respite care
  • Domestic assistance
  • Transportation to appointments and shopping

You will work autonomously and as part of a team to develop personalized care plans for clients.

To be successful in this role, you must have empathy, excellent communication skills, and a passion for empowering and caring for people.

Requirements include:

  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Certificate III or higher in Aged Care or Disability Services
  • Australian National Police Check
  • First Aid and CPR certification

The ideal candidate will be able to work flexible hours, including shifts, and reside in the Northern Beaches area of Sydney.
